1 - ALL forum registrations require:
a) A valid current email address (please note gmail and hotmail accounts cannot be used)
b) Your real name and general location (eg. East Midlands, Lincs)
All applications have to be approved by the admin team before new user accounts are activated. Any lacking the information mentioned above will be rejected.

2 - The aim of this forum is to provide and friendly environment in which members can discuss aviation topics. As such, swearing, personal abuse, intimidation, libellous comments or defamation of character of any nature will not be tolerated in any section of the forum. Any member breaking these rules will be barred immediately without notice.

3 - We do not encourage advertising of other websites, forums or products (except those in the "For Sale" area) on this forum without prior consent. Please contact a moderator prior to posting.

4 - Photographic contributions are encouraged, but please post images no larger than 800 pixels wide and up to 250kB in size.

5 - You must ensure that you possess the copyright for any photographs posted. Please do not post other people's photographs or paste links to photographs hosted on other sites without permission of the copyright holder or website concerned.

6 - You must NOT use any photograph, image or text present on this forum (including content in posts or the forum layout itself) without prior permission of the copyright holder. Just because you see something on here, it doesn't mean you are free to use it for anything other than personal use. Anyone using content such as photographs for commercial used (for example, as an image on a poster, leaflet or website) will be banned without notice and details of the infringement will be sent to the relevant parties. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will not tolerate it.

7 - This forum is frequented by a wide variety of people of all ages. Please respect this and do not post or link to derogatory or pornographic material.

8- Any person registering to advertise pornography, sexual products, drugs, casinos, financial services, hotels, etc will be delete before activation of an account. As such, the details will not be visible to any members. Don't waste your time!

9 - Users must only post as themselves and must not;
a) post on behalf of another unless they acknowledge who they are posting for;
b) in anyway pretend to be, or impersonate, another person with the aim of disguising their true identity or to mislead other users;
c) allow any other person (either registered user, or not) to use their account for viewing or posting.
Anyone found to breach this rule may be temporarily or permanently banned.

10 - Respect the decisions of the moderating team. If you have any concerns about a moderation decision, please email the forum owner at steve@s4webhost.co.uk. Please note that Steve's decision is final and will not be debated.

11 - Information found on this forum is not to be re-transmitted to any other forum without the express consent of a moderator or the original source of the information. Failure to respect this request will result in immediate barring.

12 - Moderators can and will edit/delete posts or entire threads that are in breach of any forum rules without warning. However, a Private Message from the moderator in question will be sent explaining why the action has been taken.

13 - The forum owner and administrator reserves the rights to modify these rules at any time.
